Manufacturer wants customer to upgrade

Original Gearbox manufacturer wants to supply their latest standard model Gearbox which has a different footprint dimensions. This means customer must alter current foundations and structural steelwork all of which costs more that the Gearbox!

No warranties are offered on repairs

When an existing Gearbox fails or shows signs of failure the only answer in the past has been have the unit repaired/reconditioned. The result very often is that the Gearbox fails again for the same original reason. No warranties are offered on repairs.
